Q: How to stop overthinking?

Reader,

In 2021, I wanted to run my first workshop.

But every time I sat down to plan, my mind spiraled:

  • “I’m not ready yet.”
  • “I need more clarity.”
  • “What if no one shows up?”

So I stayed stuck.

Thinking more. Planning more.

Waiting for the “right moment.”

Overthinking feels productive.

But it’s a trap.

I mean... do you think I ever actually solved the question, “What if no one shows up?”

No.

Because overthinking is not a clarity strategy.

It’s a safety strategy.

A way to avoid risk and feel in control by looping.

And you know what the worst part is?

The opposite happens.

I ended up feeling more fear, less clarity, and even more stuck.

The longer the loop, the harder it is to break.

But here’s the good news:

Overthinking is just a habit.

A mental system.

If your current habit is “think harder,” you’ll keep falling into confusion.

To stop overthinking, you have to:

  1. See it clearly
  2. Interrupt the loop with a better system
  3. Go deeper beyond the surface

If you’re not sure how to do that, this 90-minute workshop might help.

A practice to interrupt the overthinking loop and reconnect with a different part of you.

You’ll leave with:

  • Deeper insights on your reactive loop
  • One clear next step that moves you
  • A new relationship with your mind

P.S. If you've been curious about Being the Creator, but not ready to invest $3,500. This is a $10 opportunity to get a taste of the deeper work. One that you can't practice on your own.
